With strokes from a few millemeters to several meters, we can produce hydraulic cylinders of all shapes and sizes up to 3 tonnes in weight.
When manufacturing bespoke hydraulic cylinders, we prefer to use the superior method of bronze piston head and gland with polyU setup. With the corrrect tolerances, this tried and tested arrangement prevents side loading wear, which can lead to seal damage and oil leaks.
Where side loading is not a potential problem, we are able to manufacture and supply hydraulic cylinders built with wear strip and polyU set-ups on the gland and piston head. This budget option is more than adequate for the majority of situations.
